Chris' mom came up on Saturday and dyed eggs with us! We managed to dye 20 Easter eggs for the Easter Bunny to hide! Rhiannon put up some signs for the Easter Bunny giving him instructions to hide the eggs inside and to beware of the cat! We had a really nice night with Chris' mom and even got to help the Easter Bunny hide the eggs around the house and fill the Easter baskets! On Easter Sunday we went over to my parent's house for a ham dinner. But before we left the kids got a picture of their outfits. My parents' house was decorated and deviled eggs were waiting! They just got their patio set so we were able to hang outside for a while before dinner and listen to some fun music. I know a lot of people want to see how their house is decorated so I took some pictures to share! I am not a decoration but I haven't taken pictures of myself in a while. I think the kids call these "selfies" now-a-days. I'm old. After we all finished eating we ended up playing a fun game where someone would start a story and it would be passed from person to person each telling the next part of the story. It got a little crazy but it was so much fun and everyone was laughing. After dinner Chris' brother, Josh, came up for the night too so we got to spend some more time with him which was nice. Chris had him learning some bass while he played guitar and Cindy watched a long movie with me. I'm glad it was a relaxing weekend! The only picture I took of my decorations are these awesome bunnies painted by a woman I work with. They are super cute! Rhiannon loves the little girl bunny. I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter holiday!
We braved the cold tonight for Ebin and Rhiannon's first soccer game of the season! My dad came out and watched with us and it was pretty fun - just cold! The kids both got to be goalie tonight too and did a pretty good job! I snapped a few pictures with my phone so they aren't that great. Next time I will take my good camera! Ebin's leg got hurt during the game - we are all very glad it wasn't too serious - and Rhiannon drew a cute picture of me carrying her on my back! I am soooo strong! :) Then it was time for Rhiannon's games. She had 2 in a row. It was a little chilly so we quickly picked up all our stuff and got home! The kids have a long day in Billings with my parents tomorrow so they will be getting good night of sleep tonight!
